I don’t think I post about men’s fashion on this blog nearly enough, but I could go on about it for days–the do’s and don’t's, how I want my future….um…husband…who is somewhere in the world…to dress, how most of my male friends have impeccably good taste… or at least really good taste in ties.

Loving this tie by Donald Trump!
It’s true. Most of the guys I know dress really well and I often find myself complimenting them on their amazing taste in ties. (Especially one of my cousins…he always has the best ties!) Ties can make or break an outfit, and every guy has at least one really ugly tie.
So here’s a contest for the guys, or the ladies’ who are thinking about replacing their boyfriend/fiance/husband/brother/friend/fwb/etc….’s ugly tie for a new one! Ties.com, the largest online retailer of men’s designer ties has graciously supplied me with not just one or two…but SIX fabulously fashionable ties to swap your ugly tie for a fabulous new one.

Or this striped tie by Brent Morgan!
How do I enter, you ask? Easy! Send me a picture of your ugliest tie (or bowtie) here, name, email address, and where you’re from and I will post them here AND on the Shoes, Shirts & Other Sh!t Facebook page where we’ll vote for the six ugliest ties! The six winners with the most votes for ugliest tie will be contacted for their mailing address and sent a fabulous new tie, chosen just for you from the huge selection at Ties.com, by yours truly! (Whoohoo! I can’t wait to dress you!!)
Just a note, while I would of course loooooove to see your handsome face in your ugly tie picture (what girl doesn’t want pictures of cute guys in her inbox?) you’re welcome to just send me a picture of the ugly tie!

You could win a tie like this fabulous paisley one by Nautica from Ties.com!
Contest starts…right now!… June 3rd and ends June 24, 2011 at midnight. Sooner you send in your ugly tie picture, the more time you have to gather votes! Ready, set go!
